The last section of Send covers two quite different things: the physical and printable material your sales team puts in front of people, and the specialist partners we bring in where the work is genuinely outside what we do.
The second half is where we are most explicit about our limits, and that is deliberate. An agency that claims every capability is an agency that is mediocre at several of them.

What this section covers

Print and collateral

One-pagers, leave-behinds, brochures, signage, and event material.

Paid media and PR

Specialist partners, coordinated by us, with the money and the mandate staying yours.

The part most companies neglect

A1 and A2 work—the podcast, the writing, the social—gets the attention because it is visible and it feels like marketing. A3 material, the thing a salesperson hands to a serious buyer two weeks before a decision, is frequently five years old and/or made in a hurry. The coordinate system exists partly to make that imbalance visible. When a quarter’s work is entirely A1 and A2, the audit says so, and the question of whether that is deliberate gets asked out loud rather than discovered in a lost deal.

Why we coordinate rather than execute

Paid media and PR are both real crafts with practitioners who do nothing else. Running ads well requires daily attention to an account and a tolerance for a kind of work we are not organized around. Media relationships take years to build and cannot be faked. So where you need those, we bring in someone who is genuinely good at it, brief them properly, keep the message and creative consistent with everything else you publish, and stay accountable for the outcome. What we do not do is touch your ad budget or claim media relationships we do not have. The partner’s fee and any spend are yours, quoted separately, and paid directly. We can invoice on a pass-through basis if you prefer. We just want to be clear about what is our time and what is theirs.
