§ 3.2.6 and § 3.2.6r · A1 / A3 · two to three weeks to build · ongoing tuning monthly
What this is
A pipeline that watches who engages with your posts and the posts of people in your orbit, scores those people against your ideal client profile, and releases the best few each day into your CRM with a drafted opening message ready for a human to review and send.
It is not cold outreach. Every person in it did something first—they liked, commented, or followed. The premise is that a warm list of people already paying attention to you is a better use of a sales hour than a purchased list of people who are not.
Where the human stays
A person reads and sends every message. Always.
The drafting is automated because writing forty opening lines a week is drudgery that produces worse results than it should. The judgment is not automated, because the entire value of a warm list is that the outreach feels like a person noticed you, and a fully automated sequence destroys that in the first message.
We would rather send fifteen good messages a week than a hundred that make your company look like everyone else’s automation. That is a real constraint on volume and it is deliberate.
The prerequisite
A defined ideal client profile. The scoring is only as good as the profile it scores against, and without one the pipeline surfaces everyone who ever clicked something, which is worse than nothing because it wastes the sales attention it was supposed to save.
If you do not have one, that piece comes first.
What we need from you
A decision on which CRM this lands in and who owns it.
A person on your side who will actually work the list daily. Ten minutes, most days. A pipeline nobody opens is an expensive way to accumulate contacts, and this is by far the most common way this piece fails.
Agreement on tone for the opening message. It goes out under a real person’s name, so it has to sound like that person.
Expect ongoing work
We are direct about this. A pipeline like this is not built once and left alone. Scoring thresholds drift, duplicates accumulate, credentials expire, and draft quality needs tuning against what is actually getting replies.
What this is not
Not paid lead generation. Not a purchased contact list. Not an automated sequence that sends without a human reading it.
