§ 2.3.2 · continuous · recurring monthly
What this is
The standing monthly report. We pull the data, check it, and send it. Every partner, every month, without being asked.
It covers traffic, engagement, conversions, channel performance, and movement against the prior period—the state of the instruments, gathered in one place so nobody is logging into six platforms to assemble a picture.
Where the interpretation happens
Not here. This report is the evidence; the monthly thesis review is where we say what we think it means and what we propose to do about it.
We keep them separate deliberately. A number arriving with a narrative already attached is hard to argue with, and you should be able to look at the evidence before you hear our reading of it.
What you will get
A report you can forward to your board without translating it first. Prose alongside the numbers, the trend rather than the isolated figure, and an explicit note wherever a number isn’t trustworthy yet—a tracking gap, a partial month, a change that broke comparability.
During the baseline period, it covers instrumentation health only and makes no quantitative claims. We say so on the page rather than filling the space with numbers that can’t yet mean anything.
What we need from you
Almost nothing, which is the point. It arrives whether or not you ask.
The one thing worth doing is telling us when something outside marketing moves—a pricing change, a new salesperson, a large customer signed through a personal relationship. Bring your questions to the monthly review, where there is time to answer them properly.
