What this is

A technical review of how search engines see your site, keyword research grounded in the language your buyers actually use, content gap analysis, and hands-on optimization of your highest-value pages. A scoped audit answers one question—why is this section not indexing, or which terms should this page be competing for—and runs about four weeks. A full technical audit plus optimization is a quarter of work, and it goes deeper into site structure, internal linking, and a page-by-page pass over what matters most.

The keyword work is downstream of the message

This is the part most SEO work gets backwards. Keyword research that starts from search volume produces a list of terms with traffic behind them and no relationship to who you want to reach. Ours starts from your ideal client profile—the words that audience actually uses, which is often not the words your industry uses about itself. A term with modest volume that your exact buyer types is worth more than a high-volume term that brings you people who will never buy.

Search is slower than everything else

Worth saying plainly. Changes made in month one commonly show up in month four or later, and there is no version of this work where that is not true. This is why search sits inside the Scale layer’s lagging indicators rather than its leading ones, and why we would rather set the expectation at the start than manage a disappointment in month two.

What we need from you

Search Console and analytics access, and patience of a specific kind—a willingness to let a change sit long enough to be judged. Where optimization touches copy, a reviewer who can approve changes to page text reasonably quickly. Recommendations that sit unimplemented are the most common way this work fails to produce anything.

What sits outside the fee

Research tooling subscriptions, billed at cost, and only where the scope requires them.
